NATCOR is an known leader in the area of consulting services.
We are a team of highly motivated staff dedicated to providing the best
advice and service available in the business and non-profit
sectors. Our strength is generated from our commitment to our clients, our

Company Background
NATCOR was founded January 1, 1995 by Marcel J. Fortin. After 4 years of serving as comptroller, office manager and the primary salesman for a computer company in WV. Circumstances arouse where by the direction and philosphies of the company conflicted with those of Marcel J. Fortin.
Marcel J. Fortin had, in his tenure, brought sales from a small business program to become a major player in the state government market. Through his efforts, contacts were made whereby this computer company became the "Vendor of Choice" to several agencies within the West Virginia state computer program and small business. Dedication to quality equipment, prompt delivery and service became the company's mainstay for success.
Community commitment and the desire to " Make a Difference "
provided the groundwork for Natcors' transition to
consulting services. An understanding of what is necessary
to get projects completed on time, within budget and with
excellent results became the model with which Marcel
incorporated in non-profit organizations. Involvement on
non-profit boards of directors include Lincoln County
Economic Development, Corridor G Tourism, Lincoln County
Parks and Recreation, WV Trails Coalition, Lincoln Community
Foundation, Lincoln Champion Community, Alliance of Champion
Communities, Sod/Alum Creek Community Development Group and
the Coalfield Convention and Visitors' Bureau. These
organizations provide a forum to address community issues
and to seek solutions to address them. Marcel has been an
active participant and has developed the relationships
necessary to get funding and the volunteers needed to make
things happen. Recognized for motivating and encouraging
those around him to go the extra mile and to think "outside
the box" has Marcel in demand to provide the formula to
successful projects.
